Abstract: As a candidate, it is highly “unattractive” to not be ready to answer certain questions. Even worse: Some candidates show up not knowing anything about the company or the position. Do your homework. Go into the company’s website and check out what their values and mission are. Research the industry and find out who the company’s competitors are. Then, analyze the position you are applying for. What will your main responsibilities be? What do they expect of you?  The interviewer will definitely ask you to give examples of your achievements. Try to come up with stories and examples that show your abilities before you head into the interview.
