Abstract : The central government owned companies are termed as Public Sector Undertakings later renamed as Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) . But Later, the Government of India further categorizes Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) under three different categories – Maharatna, Navratna, and Miniratna. These categorisations are based on different criteria.
